Arni Medica Breaks Ground for State-of-the-Art Medical Device Manufacturing Facility in Hyderabad, India
On October 26, 2020, Arni Medica marked a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for its highly anticipated Medical Device Manufacturing Facility located at the Medical Device Park in Sultanpur, Hyderabad, Telangana. This important event was led by our Founding Principal, Shri.
Ghattamaneni Venkateswara Rao, and his wife, who together performed the traditional ground-breaking ceremony, followed by an auspicious pooja to invoke blessings for the success of this monumental endeavor.
The new facility will cover a vast area with an overall manufacturing space of more than 100,000 sq.ft and will be equipped with cutting-edge technologies to support a wide range of medical device manufacturing services in compliance with CDSCO, USFDA and EU regulations. Key capabilities at the facility include:
- Cleanroom Injection Molding & Extrusion with a Class 8 cleanroom production area, compliant with US FDA standards, focusing on dialysis sets, guidewires, and plastic components.
- Class 7 Cleanroom Assembly with dedicated space, designed to cater to multiple clients simultaneously. *EtO Sterilization with a 5 + 10 CBM capacity that complies with ISO standards.
- Product Design & Development services, including prototyping, tool design, quality testing, and global regulatory submissions.
The facility will specialize in the manufacture of products such as hemodialysis and cardiovascular blood tubing, catheters, medication tubes, caps, bottles, and blister packs, among others, all of which meet the stringent requirements for Class I, II, and III medical devices. Arni Medica's in-house sterilization and comprehensive quality testing capabilities ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
