Arni Medica is building its in-house moulding and tooling team
Precision moulding sits at the heart of every medical device we make. The luer connectors, caps and housings that go into our infusion and nephrology products must be dimensionally consistent, contamination free and fully traceable. That is why we are strengthening our in-house moulding and tooling capability at our ISO 13485:2016 certified facility in the Medical Devices Park, Hyderabad.
We are hiring for three roles.
Injection Molding Technician (2 to 6 years)
Technicians set up and run our injection moulding machines and look after the moulds themselves: changeovers, process adjustment, defect correction, and preventive maintenance of cavities, cores, hot runners and ejector systems. ITI or Diploma in Plastics, Mechanical or Tool and Die Making; CIPET certification preferred.
Injection Molding Engineer (4 to 8 years)
Engineers own the process. They establish robust process windows using scientific moulding principles, run the mould maintenance programme, and lead process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and mould qualification with our Quality and Regulatory teams. Diploma or B.Tech in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical or Production Engineering; medical device or cleanroom moulding experience is a strong advantage.
Graduate Engineering Trainee, Molding and Tooling (2025 and 2026 graduates)
A structured 12-month programme for fresh Diploma and B.Tech graduates, with CIPET graduates strongly preferred:
- Months 1 to 4: moulding operations and process fundamentals
- Months 5 to 8: tooling and mould care
- Months 9 to 12: quality, ISO 13485 documentation and cleanroom discipline
Each trainee also leads a small improvement project and presents the results to management. Trainees receive a stipend, and successful trainees can be absorbed into permanent Technician or Engineer roles.
