Dr. Parvathaneni is the Founder and CEO of Arni Medica, a diagnostics-driven MedTech company focused on medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, and accessible healthcare innovation. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences supported through a World Bank-funded ICAR/NAIP consortium and brings more than 15 years of experience in scientific research, product development, regulatory strategy, quality systems, and healthcare leadership.

His work spans nanotechnology, biomarker science, nucleic acid-based systems, advanced drug delivery, molecular diagnostics, and translational research. He has contributed to nanotechnology-based formulations, medical devices, and drug-device concepts addressing needs in oncology, hepatology, nephrology, urology, and cardiovascular care.

Dr. Parvathaneni has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, including oncology research in journals with impact factors up to 17. His work has been cited by institutions across 5 continents and more than 45 countries, including Oxford and Harvard Medical School. He also serves as Corporate Faculty at Harrisburg University and is a full member of Sigma Xi.

Mr. Venkateswara Rao is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with more than 35 years of experience in public-sector and corporate financial management. Throughout his career, he served with State Federation corporations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, developing extensive expertise in accounting, financial administration, budgeting, internal controls, statutory compliance, and organizational financial planning.

His long-standing public-sector experience has given him a disciplined understanding of financial governance, responsible resource management, documentation, audit readiness, and transparent reporting. He has worked in environments where accuracy, accountability, and sound financial controls are essential to effective operations.

Following his retirement from public service, Mr. Ghattamaneni continued to contribute his financial expertise to the private sector. He currently serves as a Director of a pharmaceutical company, supporting strategic financial oversight and business decision-making within a regulated healthcare environment.

He also serves as Finance Advisor to Arni Medica, where he provides guidance on financial planning, budgeting, cost management, accounting processes, internal controls, and sustainable business growth. His practical experience and steady advisory approach support Arni Medica’s commitment to responsible operations, financial discipline, and long-term value creation.

An experienced entrepreneur with a strong operational background, Ganga Bhavani is a founding promoter of Arni Medica and a driving force behind the company's commitment to women's participation and leadership across the industry. She plays a key role in corporate governance and community engagement, and is committed to empowering women in healthcare manufacturing and fostering inclusive business practices across the organisation.

Vishnu Manasa brings a distinguished academic and professional background to Arni Medica. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, an MS in Information Technology & Computer Science Engineering, and an MBA. With over a decade of experience as a QA Manager across the pharmaceutical, cell therapy and medical device sectors, she specialises in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), equipment validation, project management and quality assurance. Her expertise in validated systems and compliance frameworks strengthens Arni Medica's digital quality infrastructure, including the development of the company's proprietary eQMS platform.
