Mr. Arief has over 11 years of production experience in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. He runs the facility end to end - injection moulding, PVC tubing extrusion, ISO Class 7 and Class 8 cleanroom assembly, in-house ETO sterilisation, maintenance and dispatch. He owns production planning and the plant KPIs for yield, quality, equipment utilisation and on-time delivery, leads Production, QA, QC, Maintenance and SCM, and holds authority to halt operations on any safety, quality or compliance deviation.

Over 17 years across finance and operations. At Arni Medica, Sree Harsha carries both functions: production planning and capacity, quality, supply chain and engineering on the operations side; budgeting, statutory and taxation compliance, MIS reporting, banking relationships and vendor contracts on the finance side. He represents the company in certification audits, regulatory inspections and customer visits, and leads the ERP and process-automation programme underpinning ISO 13485 traceability.

With Arni Medica since January 2020 - one of the earliest employees, present through facility commissioning, ISO 13485 certification and the first CDSCO manufacturing licence. He oversees day-to-day operations across Tenders, Institutional business, production planning, maintenance, supply chain and administration, plus IT systems, HR records and audit coordination.

Custodian of Arni Medica's quality documentation system - he authored the Quality Manual and maintains the SOPs, specifications, validation master plans and Site Master File the ISO 13485 system rests on. His remit spans design and prototype testing on one side; batch record review, line clearance, internal audits, equipment qualification and GMP training on the other. He can approve or reject raw materials and finished product, and halt release on any non-conformance.
