Arni Medica Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support organizational growth in the medical devices/pharmaceutical sector.

Roles & Responsibilites

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Handle onboarding documentation including preparation and issuance of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and final settlements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors, statutory consultants, auditors, and government authorities.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Diagnostics Business Head to own the strategy, P&L and end-to-end commercialisation of
  • our reagents and analyzer portfolio - Electrolyte/ISE, ABG, FIA and CLIA platforms. You will lead cross-
  • functional execution across R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory and commercial teams to ensure reliable supply, compliance and aggressive market expansion in India and export markets.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end P&L for the diagnostics portfolio - reagents and analyzers - including revenue, gross margin and growth targets.
  • Define and execute annual and 3-year business plans across Clinical Chemistry, Electrolyte/ISE, ABG, FIA/POCT and CLIA/immunoassay product lines.
  • Build and scale the go-to-market engine: distributor networks, reagent-rental / instrument-placement (closed-system lock-in) models, key accounts and KOL relationships (chain labs such as Metropolis, Dr. Lal, SRL, Thyrocare).
  • Lead pricing strategy, tender and government business (GeM portal, CGHS, ESIC, state health), and OEM / private-label alliances.
  • Drive new product introduction (NPI), portfolio lifecycle management, reformulations and line extensions; position against Transasia, Agappe, Mindray, Erba and Roche.
  • Oversee technology transfer, manufacturing scale-up, process robustness and cost optimisation for reagent systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016, CDSCO MDR 2017 and market-specific regulatory requirements; partner with RA on MD-05/MD-09 and export registrations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Role Overview


This role drives sales of medical disposables through hospitals, nursing homes, dealer networks and institutional channels in assigned territories. Senior profiles will additionally manage distributors and larger territories as Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical disposables to institutional and trade customers (hospitals, nursing homes, retail).
  • Appoint and manage distributor, super-stockist and stockist relationships; manage stock levels and secondary sales.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales, scheme / credit-period management and collections.
  • Support tenders, GeM, rate contracts and institutional business development (CGHS / ESIC).
  • Conduct customer training and product promotion; track targets, collections and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate (Science / Pharmacy / Commerce); MBA an advantage for ASM level.

Role Overview
This role drives business growth for diagnostics instruments and reagents through new-account acquisition, distributor development, key-account management and strategic partnerships across India and export markets. You will convert opportunities into sustainable, long-term reagent and instrument business, primarily through the reagent-rental / instrument-placement model.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across hospitals, pathology labs, diagnostic centres and corporate/chain labs.

Role Overview
We are seeking an R&D Scientist/Engineer to develop, optimise, validate and transfer reagent formulations for our Electrolyte/ISE, ABG, FIA and CLIA platforms, with strong emphasis on analytical performance, stability and manufacturability. You will drive both new product development and continuous improvement of existing products while owning design-control documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, formulate and optimise IVD reagents, calibrators, controls, buffers, conjugates and consumables across diagnostic platforms.
  • Develop assays across Clinical Chemistry (GOD-POD, Jaffe/enzymatic creatinine, CHOD-PAP lipids, turbidimetric CRP), ISE/electrolyte, ABG, FIA and CLIA.
  • Conduct design of experiments (DoE), stability studies (real-time/accelerated), forced degradation, interference and performance characterisation.
  • Establish analytical performance - accuracy, precision, linearity, LoB/LoD/LoQ and method comparison - per CLSI guidelines (EP05/EP06/EP09/EP25).
  • Author DHF / design-control documentation, verification & validation protocols, development reports, transfer documents and manufacturing instructions.
  • Lead reagent technology transfer R&D → manufacturing: scale-up, specification setting and lot-to-lot consistency studies.
  • Support complaint investigations, CAPA and product-performance troubleshooting with QA, QC, RA and Production.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: M.Sc / PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry or Immunology; or B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical/Biomedical Engineering. PhD preferred for CLIA/immunoassay roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up, start up, operate and shut down injection molding machines (hydraulic, electric and hybrid) and auxiliary equipment: material dryers, hopper loaders, granulators, mold temperature controllers, chillers and sprue pickers/robots.
  • Perform mold loading, unloading, clamping, alignment and changeovers safely and within target changeover times.
  • Monitor and adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, injection speed, cooling and cycle time) to keep parts within specification.
